Small groups, taught by the maker
No experience needed. Every class runs small enough that everyone gets real time at the flame with Keshav.
Introduction to Bench Torch
No experience needed. Light the torch, gather glass, pull your first simple form. You leave with a piece you made yourself.
Focus Session
A longer sitting for anyone ready to commit to a single piece, working directly with Keshav from first heat to final anneal.
Advanced Workshop
Held once or twice a year with a visiting glass artist, for people who already know their way around a flame and want to go further.
Come curious, leave with something real
Classes run small on purpose. You spend most of the session at the bench, not watching a demo from across the room. Expect heat, a bit of smoke, and a piece of glass that did not exist an hour ago.
Closed-toe shoes and clothes you do not mind near a flame are the only real requirements. Everything else, tools and materials, is provided.
See how a piece comes together
Tap through the three stages below, the same ones every piece in the studio goes through before a class ever starts.
Borosilicate rod is brought into the flame until it turns molten and workable, somewhere near 3,000°F at the hottest point.
